Scope<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements concerning online trainings,
mentoring programs, individual sessions, and VIP days between Arne Salig \u2013 Consulting
& Training (hereafter „Provider“) and the client („Participant“).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services<\/strong>
The scope, structure, and schedule of each offering are described on the website. The
Provider reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the content if necessary,
provided the overall character of the program remains unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration & Contract<\/strong>
Booking takes place via the website or by email. The contract is concluded upon written
confirmation by the Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices & Payment<\/strong>
All prices listed on the website are in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT.
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or an online payment system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/strong>
Cancellations for online courses are free of charge up to 14 days before the course
starts. After that, the full fee is due.
For individual services (mentoring \/ VIP day), different cancellation terms apply, which
are agreed upon during the initial consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liability<\/strong>
Participation is at the participant\u2019s own responsibility. The Provider accepts no liability
for any damage resulting from the improper use of course content. No guarantees are
made regarding specific outcomes.
Mental or psychological conditions must be disclosed before participation. The service
does not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copyright<\/strong>
All materials (videos, audios, documents, etc.) are protected by copyright. Redistribution
or reproduction is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confidentiality<\/strong>
The Provider commits to treating all personal information disclosed during the
collaboration with strict confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
